「酒蔵めぐり」（以下「本アプリ」）は、酒蔵めぐりアプリ運営（以下「運営」）が提供するサービスです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、以下のプライバシーポリシーをお読みください。
利用目的の概要
本アプリは、お客様の情報を主に次の目的で利用します。詳細は各項をご覧ください。

運営は、収集した情報を以下の目的で利用します。

酒蔵オーナーからのプロモーションメッセージは、お気に入り登録の有無にかかわらず、在住地域・属性（年齢層・性別・味の好み等）・酒蔵ページの閲覧状況などで絞り込まれた利用者に配信されることがあります。配信の受け取りを希望されない場合は、アプリの「マイページ」設定で「酒蔵からのメッセージを受信」をオフにすると、配信対象から外れます。なお、これらの配信において、利用者のメールアドレス等の連絡先が酒蔵オーナーに開示されることはありません。
運営は、以下の場合を除き、収集した個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
統計情報および匿名加工情報の提供については、次の「4. 統計情報・匿名加工情報の作成および提供」に定めます。
運営は、収集した情報をもとに、特定の個人を識別できない形に集計・加工した統計情報を作成することがあります。これらは「みんなの分析」等での表示、サービスの改善・開発、ならびに第三者（酒蔵・事業者・研究機関等）への提供または公表に利用することがあります。統計情報にはユーザー名・メールアドレス等の個人を識別できる情報は含まれません。
また運営は、個人情報保護法に定める匿名加工情報（特定の個人を識別すること、及びその作成に用いる個人情報を復元することができないように加工した個人に関する情報）を作成し、第三者に提供することがあります。匿名加工情報を作成・提供する場合、運営は同法および関連ガイドラインに従い、法令の定める加工基準を遵守します。匿名加工情報を第三者に提供するときは、あらかじめ提供する情報の項目および提供の方法を公表するとともに、提供先に対して当該情報が匿名加工情報である旨を明示します。運営は、作成した匿名加工情報を、その作成に用いた個人情報や他の情報と照合して本人を識別する行為を行いません。また、匿名加工情報の提供先に対しても、当該情報を他の情報と照合して本人を識別しないよう求めます。
運営が作成する統計情報・匿名加工情報には、次の項目の全部または一部が含まれることがあります。いずれも氏名・メールアドレス・アカウントIDなど特定の個人を識別できる情報は含みません。
これらは、集計した統計データとして、または個々の記録から上記の識別子を削除した匿名加工情報として、電子データ等の方法で提供・公表することがあります。
利用者は、アプリの「マイページ」の設定から「みんなの分析に含める」をオフにすることで、上記の統計情報の作成・分析の対象から自分のデータを除外することができます。
本アプリは以下の外部サービスを利用します。
これらのサービスの利用により、お客様の情報が日本国外（主に米国）のサーバーで処理・保存される場合があります。米国における個人情報の保護に関する制度については、個人情報保護委員会が公表する下記の資料をご参照ください。
運営は、取り扱う個人情報の漏えい、滅失又は毀損の防止その他の個人情報の安全管理のために、個人情報保護法および関連ガイドラインに従い、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。具体的には、次のような措置を行っています。
ユーザーはアプリ内のマイページからアカウントを削除できます。アカウント削除時は、当該ユーザーの訪問記録・写真・コメント・ゲームデータをすべて削除します。（なお、アカウント削除前に既に作成された統計情報・匿名加工情報は、特定の個人を識別できないため削除の対象外となる場合があります。）
本アプリはアルコール関連施設の情報を取り扱うため、ユーザーの国で取り決められている飲酒可能年齢に該当する方を対象としています。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内でお知らせし、利用目的の変更を伴う場合は、必要に応じて利用者の同意を得たうえで適用します。

"Sakagura Meguri" ("this app" or "the App") is a service provided by the operator of the Sakagura Meguri app ("the Operator"). Please read the following Privacy Policy before using this app.

Promotional messages from brewery owners may be delivered to users narrowed down by region of residence, attributes (age group, gender, taste preferences, etc.), and brewery page viewing activity, regardless of whether the brewery has been favorited. If you do not wish to receive such messages, you can opt out of the recipient list by turning off "Receive messages from breweries" in the "My Page" settings of the app. Note that contact information such as a user's email address is never disclosed to brewery owners in connection with these messages.
The Operator will not provide collected personal information to third parties except in the following cases.
The provision of statistical information and anonymized information is governed by Section 4, "Creation and Provision of Statistical Information and Anonymized Information," below.
The Operator may create statistical information by aggregating and processing collected information in a form that does not identify specific individuals. This statistical information may be used for display in "Community Stats" and similar features, for improving and developing the service, and for provision to or publication for third parties (breweries, businesses, research institutions, etc.). Statistical information does not include information that could identify a specific individual, such as usernames or email addresses.
The Operator may also create and provide to third parties "anonymized information" as defined in Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (information about individuals that has been processed so that it is not possible to identify a specific individual and it is not possible to restore the personal information used to create it). When creating and providing anonymized information, the Operator will comply with the processing standards required by that Act and related guidelines. When providing anonymized information to a third party, the Operator will publicly disclose in advance the categories of information to be provided and the method of provision, and will clearly indicate to the recipient that the information is anonymized information. The Operator will not attempt to identify individuals by cross-referencing the anonymized information it creates with the personal information used to create it or with any other information, and will also require any recipient of anonymized information not to cross-reference it with other information for the purpose of identifying individuals.
The statistical information and anonymized information created by the Operator may include all or part of the following categories. None of these include information that could identify a specific individual, such as name, email address, or account ID.
This information may be provided or published in electronic or other form, either as aggregated statistical data or as anonymized information from which the identifiers listed above have been removed from individual records.
Users can exclude their own data from the creation and analysis of the above statistical information by turning off "Include in Community Stats" in the "My Page" settings of the app.
This app uses the following external services.
Through the use of these services, your information may be processed and stored on servers outside Japan (mainly in the United States). For information on the legal framework for the protection of personal information in the United States, please refer to the following materials published by the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan.
In order to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of the personal information it handles and to otherwise ensure the security of personal information, the Operator takes necessary and appropriate security measures in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related guidelines. Specifically, the Operator implements the following measures.
Users can delete their account from the "My Page" section within the app. When an account is deleted, all of that user's visit records, photos, comments, and game data are deleted. (Note that statistical information and anonymized information already created before the account deletion may not be subject to deletion, since it does not identify a specific individual.)
Because this app handles information related to alcohol-related establishments, it is intended for users who have reached the legal drinking age applicable in their country.
This policy may be updated as necessary. If there is a significant change, we will notify users within the app, and where the change involves a change in the purposes of use, it will be applied after obtaining the user's consent as necessary.
